River Assessment Field Team

Weekday River Survey Team

Along with a staff person, volunteers help scout for trash and other issues through weekly surveys on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday each month, marking the locations and notes on maps for future clean-up with the Clean and Green Team and the River Rescue Team.  The team explores a new spot each week, ranging from easy paved paths to trail blazing.  These surveys are fun, exploring sometimes hidden stretches of the river. Join us to make new civic-minded friends, help support a clean river, and get some exercise!

 

Volunteers must be 18 and up, and this program does not qualify for volunteer hour verification.
