San Diego River Days
Annual Events to Celebrate the San Diego River
San Diego River Days is a two-weekend long celebration of the San Diego River designed to engage the community in experiencing the River through community service, hikes, bike rides, tours, and so much more!
Along with other partner organizations, we coordinate over 30 events along the whole length of the River from Santa Ysabel to the River Mouth. Each year, events such as wildflower hikes to the top of the River, bike rides to see community murals along the River, tours of the first San Diego Mission, and more draw thousands of San Diegans to the River. All events are free and family-friendly.
River Days 2018 was a big success! We had a blast exploring, learning, volunteering, and celebrating with you all along the San Diego River this past May. Stay tuned for updates on River Days 2019! Thanks to our sponsors Think Blue and KIND.
